About Ben Thompson
I have 10 years experience within the recruitment sector having joined my previous company at inception.
During this time, I was awarded company top biller on 3 occasions and recognised as a company top manager. In my last role as Medical Director, I co-led the establishment of a thriving medical device and technology department while continuing to develop and retain existing relationships with clients and candidates.
My specialties are cardiology, neurology, radiology, oncology and vascular medical devices, and I have a record placing candidates in a variety of other medical device and technology segments. I place candidates of any seniority and my geographical remit is global, catering to all business functions.
After 8.5 years at my previous company, I made the decision to step away and start Elson Search. The goal is to be recognised as one of the world's most reputable recruiters within the medical device and technology industry, and I do believe this is realistic given my determination to succeed, my hard working nature and my personal ability to craft long-standing relationships with the people/businesses I service.
